Stephen Covey was co-founder and a former vice-chairman and director of FranklinCovey, a global company specializing in performance improvement.
Covey’s ideas are so influential that many master’s degree programs in organization leadership have adapted them into their coursework.
His books were translated in 40 languages. “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” sold more than 20 million copies.
